What is CCBill Pay?CCBill Pay is a safer, quicker, and easier way of completing online transactions through CCBill’s payment forms. You can use CCBill Pay to quickly make online purchases and subscriptions within CCBill’s merchant network.
Online transactions are easy when you are using CCBill Pay. Just choose CCBill Pay as your payment method at checkout, log into your account, and confirm the purchase.
Why would I need a CCBill Pay account?CCBill Pay is an online service which enables you to make online purchases in an easy and safe way.
Some of the benefits of CCBill Pay:
- There’s no need to fill in forms every time you make payments with CCBill’s payment forms. Log in to your account and confirm the purchase, saving precious time not having to deal with exhaustingly long credit card numbers, expiration dates, and other required information.
- Store up to 25 payment options and related information on your account for easy access.
- Complete insight into your transaction history.
- Complete control over your payment methods. Edit the information, choose a default payment method, and feel safe knowing that our tight security policy safeguards your personal information.
- Making mobile purchases has never been quicker or easier with CCBill.
Will using CCBill Pay incur any additional fees?Using CCBill pay will NOT incur any additional fees. CCBill doesn’t charge a fee for opening a CCBill Pay account or for making purchases with it.
Disclaimer!Transactions may incur additional fees assessed by your banking institution. These fees are not associated with the order processed and are a result of standard currency and banking regulations. For some payment types, your order may be automatically converted into U.S. dollars at checkout.
Which countries are supported by CCBill Pay?CCBill Pay is a global online service and all countries are supported.
How do I log in to my account?For ease of access, you can access your CCBill Pay account by browsing to any of the following three (3) links:
- Option 1 & 2 - CCBill Pay can be accessed through the consumer area on CCBill https://www.ccbill.com and CCBill Support https://support.ccbill.com.
- Option 3 - Access your CCBill Pay account at https://pay.ccbill.com/#/login.
How do I use my CCBill Pay account to make a purchase?Whenever you are paying through a CCBill FlexForm, you will be able to log in to your account to complete the purchase. However, for the initial release of CCBill Pay you will need to be using a payment form in English and your payment method must be a payment card, otherwise the CCBill Pay option will be hidden and you will only be able to make a purchase as a Guest, in the traditional fill-in-the-form way.
In order to make a purchase with CCBill Pay:
- Click on the Purchase with CCBill Pay button, and enter your email and password.
- Click Log in.
- Optionally, you can change your payment method and currency.
- Complete your purchase.
Can I make purchases with CCBill Pay over a mobile phone?Of course, you are able to make purchases over smartphones just like you would over a computer. Just enter your credentials and confirm the purchase.
I don’t see the CCBill Pay option. Why?There are several scenarios in which this may occur:
- The merchant is not using FlexForms.
- Form language is not set to English.
- Your selected payment method is not a payment card.
I’m unable to log in to my CCBill Pay account or to successfully make a purchase using it. What should I do?If you are experiencing any issues with your CCBill Pay account, you should:
- Check your credentials; are you using the correct email address and password? If you are unable to recall your password, click the ‘’Forgot Password?’’ link, and follow the instructions.
- If you can enter your account, but are experiencing difficulties in completing a purchase, you should check your email for details.
Can I change the email address for my CCBill Pay account?For the initial release of CCBill Pay, you will not be able to change the email address. If you need a CCBill Pay account with a different email address, you have to create a separate account and add your payment methods to the new account.
Transaction History/Subscription Information
Your transaction history/subscription information is not transferable to another CCBill Pay account.

How do I enroll?Whenever you are paying through a CCBill FlexForm you will be offered the opportunity to sign up. However, for the initial release of CCBill Pay your payment method MUST be a payment card and the only supported language is English, otherwise the CCBill Pay option will be hidden.
In order to enroll, click on the Create CCBill Pay button or check the Create a CCBill Pay to store your payment information! It’s fast, easy and secure! check box. You are required to enter a unique email address which will serve as your CCBill Pay account Username. Complete the purchase like you usually would and a CCBill Pay account will automatically be created for you, while the payment method you used will be stored on your account if the transaction was approved.
Activate Your Account
You will need to activate your CCBill Pay account in order to conduct any additional transactions.
How do I activate my account?Once your account is created you will receive an Account Activation★ email. In it you will find the Activate Now button. After clicking it, you will be redirected to the Account Activation page where you will be asked to submit a password. After submitting a password, your CCBill Pay account will be ready for use.
★The activation link in the email will remain active for 90 days. If you do not activate your account during these 90 days, the link and your CCBill Pay account will expire.
How will I know for sure whether my account has been activated?Once you have submitted a password for your account, the activation process will be completed. You will receive a Welcome Email, notifying you that your account has indeed been activated.
Is my CCBill Pay account created regardless of the transaction outcome?Yes, even if your transaction is declined your CCBill Pay account will be created. However, the payment method will not be stored on your account; payment methods are only stored if the transaction is approved.
Can I have more than one CCBill Pay account?No more than one CCBill Pay account (active or closed) can use the same email address.
What if I want to change my password?If you believe that your password has been compromised, or if you just wish to change it, log in to your CCBill Pay account and click on the Password Change tab. Enter your current password, and a new password (twice), and click Update to confirm your changes.
You will receive a security email notifying you that your CCBill Pay password was updated.
What if I forget my CCBill Pay password?If you ever forget your password, click the Forgot Password? link under the Log in button. You will be redirected to the Password Reset page where you will need to enter your registered email address and click the Click to Reset your Password button.
CCBill will send you an email. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the request.
Do I have to use CCBill Pay?When you create a CCBill Pay account you are by no means obligated to make all future CCBill transactions through it. You can always opt to Pay as Guest, that is, pay in the traditional fill-in-the-form way.

I didn’t receive the product I ordered from a CCBill Merchant. What should I do?If you didn't receive the product you were charged for, look up the merchant’s contact information, and forward any inquires to them. Merchants are the ones who are responsible for safe shipping of products.
If you are unable to find the merchant’s information, contact CCBill Support.
I was charged for something I didn’t buy. What should I do?If you believe that you were charged for something you didn’t buy, you should immediately contact CCBill Support for assistance.
How do I close my account?If you need to close your account, contact support.
Payment Method FAQs[+]
How do I make a purchase with CCBill Pay?Whenever you are making a purchase through a CCBill secure payment form, you can pay by simply choosing the Purchase with CCBill Pay option. Enter your credentials to log in to your account and confirm the purchase.
Prior to completing a purchase, you can manually select your payment method if you do not wish to use your default method. You can change the default currency as well, and edit or add a new payment method.
What type of payment methods can I store on my account, and how many?For the initial release of CCBill Pay, credit cards are the only supported payment method. However, all currencies and all countries are supported.
You may store up to 25 payment methods on your account.
Will I have a default payment method?Yes, your initial payment method will automatically be set as your default payment method. However, you can change your Default Payment Method at any time by logging in to your account, and choosing the Payment Methods tab. Here you can modify your payment methods, and choose a new default payment method by clicking Make Default.
For your security, any time you assign a new default payment method, you will receive an email notification from CCBill.
How do I add a payment method?Here is what you need to do:
- Log in to your CCBill Pay account.
- Open the Payment Methods tab.
- Click the Add a New Payment Method link.
- Enter the appropriate information.
- Click Save to store the new payment method.
Make this your Default Payment Method by checking the Make Default check box.
Alternatively, you can add a payment method on a CCBill FlexForm while conducting a transaction, as long as you are logged in to your CCBill Pay account. If the transaction is approved, the payment method will be stored.
For your security, you will receive a Payment Method Added email notification any time you add a new payment method.
How can I delete a payment method?To delete a payment method:
- Log in to your CCBill Pay account.
- Open the Payment Methods tab.
- Click Remove next to the payment method you wish to delete.
- Click Remove it to confirm your choice.
Can I delete a payment method if it’s tied to a subscription?You are not able to delete a payment method which is tied to a subscription, and if you attempt to do so, you will receive a notification that your attempt was unsuccessful.
Before deleting the payment method you must select a new one for any subscription that it is assigned to.
Can I edit my payment methods?You can edit your saved payment methods that have been a part of at least one successful transaction.
You may alternately update your payment method information by using it for a new transaction with a CCBill merchant. Our system will recognize the card and will update it for you if the transaction is successful.
Can one single payment method be added to several CCBill Pay accounts?Of course, you are able to store one unique payment method on several CCBill Pay accounts.
What if my default payment method is not accepted?If your default payment method is declined, you will have to select a different default payment.
Can I set a default currency?Yes. You can set the currency manually when making a payment or you can log in to your CCBill Pay account and open the Settings tab. There you will find the option to set your default currency.
The All Transactions page always shows the currency you paid in.
Can I cancel a subscription using my CCBill Pay account?Yes. All you need to do is:
- Log in to your CCBill Pay account and open the Subscriptions tab.
- Click on the subscription you wish to cancel.
- Click the Cancel Subscription link.
- Select a cancelation reason from the drop-down menu and click Cancel Subscription to confirm your choice.
Can I change a subscription payment method?Of course. You can always select another payment method that will be tied to a subscription. All you need to do is:
- Log in to your CCBill Pay account.
- Open the Subscriptions page.
- Select a subscription from the list.
- Under the CCBill Pay Option click Change.
- Select a payment method from the Accepted Methods list or click Add a new method if you wish to use a completely new payment method for that particular subscription.
- Click Save to confirm you choice.
Can I review my transactions?By logging into you CCBill Pay account you will be able to review your CCBill Pay transaction history. Just open the All Transactions tab to view any purchase conducted via CCBill Pay, including subscriptions, trials, chargebacks, etc.
Transactions may take up to an hour before appearing on the All Transactions page.
What information will I have on my past transactions?The All Transactions page displays the exact time of transaction, the website that the transaction is tied to, and the amount and type of transaction.
Use the three (3) filters above the list of transactions to refine your search.
What are chargebacks?When an account holder files a chargeback with their credit card issuer, it means that they are disputing a financial transaction.
Reasons why you might file a chargeback vary. You might dispute that you made the transaction, or authorized the payment, were charged more than once for your purchase, or you didn’t receive the item/service that you paid for.
Will I receive an email notification when I make a transaction?For your security, you will be notified every time you make a transaction. You will either receive a Transaction Approved or Transaction Declined email, depending on the outcome of your purchase.
In the case of a declined transaction, you will be notified via email about the reason for decline.
I have received a time out notice in my CCBill Pay account. Why, and how can I log in to my account again?If you remain inactive for one hour after logging in to your account, your session will time out and you will receive a Time Out notice. Re-enter your password to log in to your account again.
Is my CCBill Pay account secure?CCBill has been a trusted online payment processor since 1998. Will my personal details stay private?Your personal information is safely stored and encrypted. We only share information that is legally required to be shared with merchants.
Why was my CCBill Pay account closed?CCBill retains the right to close your CCBill Pay account if we notice any irregularities. This is only done for security reasons, and only if we identify fraudulent behavior, such as somebody abusing your account.
Can I reactivate a closed account?If you believe that your account was closed without any valid reason, contact CCBill.
You may always open a new CCBill Pay account under another email address, however, any payment methods that had been stored on your previous account will not be available for future use in CCBill Pay.
