The transaction was canceled or declined, but there's still a charge on my card
In most cases, whenever this happens it's just a pending authorization and the transaction will not go through. After some time the bank will make the funds available to you again, so there's nothing to worry about. Depending on your bank, you will no longer see the pending authorization on your statement after 1-3 business days. If the funds remain reserved longer than 3 business days, please contact your bank or CCBill Support.
