FlexForms Image Library and URL Libraries

FlexForms Image Library

Images that you upload to FlexForms are stored in the Image Library, located through the Image Library button on the right of the FlexForms screen.

You can use the Image library to view all of the images that you’ve uploaded to the FlexForms library, filtered by approval status or not filtered at all. Clicking an image thumbnail in the left pane displays a larger version on the right, along with the image’s vitals.

Of course, you can add new images by clicking the blue button at the bottom of the window.

 Banner Image Dimensions

With the release of FlexForms 2.0 (August 24th, 2016) maximum top banner image dimensions have been modified. Images used before the release will be automatically stretched to fit. If you believe that any of your banner images have been affected, please check and upload new sized banners if necessary.

FlexForms URLs Library

When you add a URL in a Payment Flow, that URL is inserted into the URLs Library. The URLs Library also lets you do a little customizing of URLs and offers you information about which and how many Payment Flows a URL is used in, so it’s good to know how to get there.

You can pop up the URLs library from the URLs Library button on the right side of the FlexForms screen.

External URLs — Acceptable Format

The FlexForms System upholds standard URL safe practices, meaning that the URLs you enter in the URLs Library must adhere to safe practices rules and format. Rules follow the standard format as seen below:

http://url.com
https://url.com
http://www.url.com
http://url.com/index.html
http://url.subdomain.com

The following special characters are NOT permitted within the base of a URL: < > ~ ! # @ % $ { } | \ ^ ? _ = + & : ; , " ' * &

A sequence of periods is NOT allowed (e.g. http://url..com).

The base of a URL may contain, but must never start or end with the following character: -

Name/Value Pairs

Here you can add new URLs and then add Name/Value Pairs to those URLs.

Name/Value Pairs are very helpful if you want to pass some of the field contents from the form or other custom data to a Third Party Payment Form. This allows you to manually set up what you need to make virtually any third party processor work. Learn more about this option on the Third Party Processor Information page.
